I had the worse experience..... I went in to order contacts today and was told by Taylor my prescription had expired on the 4th less than 10 days ago I explained to her I was out of contacts and I really needed some. She told me there was nothing she can do. I asked her could I speak with the lady who normally orders my contacts. She gets up with the attitude walks off and whisper something about me to Whitney. I watch Whitney go in between the file cabinets to keep from laughing in my face. Then finally Ashley comes out the person who handles ordering contacts and was also rude. Explain the situation I had she just disregarded anything I had to say. And said well I can give you these trials until your next appointment rudely. I place my hand out to take them she puts them on the counter next to me as if she couldn't put them in my hand. I have been going to Digby eyes for 4 years seeing dr. Parker I love dr. Parker but I have never been treated so poorly in my life and no one seems to care. I would not recommend this place to anyone as long as that office staff as they are. Meaning Taylor the rude one Whitney and Ashley it was a horrible experience.
