I ordered online a moving van, and the day before I ordered on the phone a tow dolly. The rep assured me that everything would be ready and when I got there, no tow dolly. The manager showed me they hadn't had one for two days in the system and proceeded to look for one. When nothing was found he offered to tow it for me. Fantastic service, thanks gmc. Also they treated myself and my girlfriend with the utmost respect.

This is possibly the worst rental experience I have ever had. Rented truck for move out of state with trailer tow - paid in advance but tow was not there. Went to pick up tow the next day and to have the car strapped on. The mgr I dealt with the day before (Rusty?) was not there so another worker charged my card (again) with some added fees. Really do you think people don't check their credit card statements? Workers in back are immature/ignorant/racist and did not properly strap the car down! 3 miles down the road and we see a flap flying. Pull over - BRAND NEW CAR IS SCRATCHED!!!!! Called and left a msg asap. Next day I see my credit card has been charged twice!!! Called again! Still no return phone call or acknowledgement of issues! Stay far, far away from these racist crooks/idiots. I will be filing a claim and NEVER using this company again!
