      THESE PEOPLE ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! When I took my car in for an oil change I felt I was being circled by vultures. Tony (owner) quickly saw an opportunity to make some fast cash, me being a lone female.He said my serpentine belt needed replacing bcause it was cracked.He made me think he was replacing two belts but when I get the invoice of course it's only one to the tune of $144.00! I had to pay it but started getting quotes from different shops the next day (between $40.00-$65.00).Only when threatening him with the media did I get a small portion of my money back(still paid over $90.00 for a belt).Don't let the bible quotes out front fool you,this is just to trick you into thinking you're dealing with honest folks.True christians don't advertise, they speak thru actions.PLEASE, DO NOT let these people near your car.       I am writing this in hopes that it will reduces the people that Tires of Berea take advantage of. I strongly recommend people get a second opinion before being cheated out of their money. Here is our story. 1. Estimated repairs of $600.00. Turns out the part was less than $50.00 and we had had everything fixed for $200.00. 2. After the estimate they would not let my sister leave with the vehicle until she paid a $100.00 what they said was rigging it up. The vehicle made it two miles then went dead. 3. When I called Tony the owner he said the $100.00 was for the estimate and If I didn't like it to bad. 4. Enter at your own risk. I have contacted the Better Business Bereau!!!!!!!!!!‎
