I know everybody raves about the cool atmosphere here and great coffee drinks and food, but I never enjoy going to Coffee Underground because of the unattentive and snobbish attitude of the service. Once they told my friend to leave because she wasn't ordering anything even though the rest of our company was, so she ordered a water and was charged for it. Other times I have been in there for almost two hours waiting on the server to do anything, from taking my order to bringing it, to bringing the check. And for only a milkshake! There were at least five servers working and only three other customers.
