The Saturday schedule states they are to be at Ace Hardware on Woodruff Road between 2:30-3:30 on May 2, 2020. Myself & a lot of other pet owners are have been waiting since 2pm & they have not shown up yet. It is now 3pm. There is no way to call to see if they are running late or even coming here at all today. I will try to meet them at the next location, but this is unacceptable to just have potential customers waiting with no assurance of service for our pets.
