They have the best computer help, and they don't try to talk you into buying something you do not need.
For those who do not know (as I didn't), Staples has a 14-day return policy on everything - NO EXCEPTIONS. I bought a LINKSYS wireless router from them and before it was 2 months old, it died. I had my receipt and tried to take it back to exchange it for one that would actually work, but they refused to take the defective one back and exchange it for another one. I have since had to send it back to LINKSYS. That was my ONLY option. Now LINKSYS has it, is going to send me a Version 6 instead of the Version 8 that I originally purchased. Today I checked the online status of the return and they are saying the Version 6 router is ON BACKORDER!! There is no telling how long this will take to get it replaced!! STAY AWAY FROM STAPLES WHEN PURCHASING ANYTHING ELECTRONIC THAT CAN GO BAD!! You pay top dollar and get ZERO customer satisfaction!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
