CNY does not fix my brand of washer, but Doug kindly sat on the phone with me and talked through some troubleshooting possibilities. His advice helped me fix the problem myself for free! I will definitely do whatever business I have in the future with CNY, after being treated like a human being and with zero profit motive on CNY's part. Thank you so much for your help!

Doug and his team at CNY is great to work with! Fast, honest, and really smart. Knew everything about my washing machine, and fixed it ASAP. Plus instead of giving you a window (like sometime between 9am-11am) they will call you when they are 20 minutes away. Great experience.

Called to schedule service for my dryer got same day appointment and dryer was fixed the same day tech arrived on time was kind explained everything defiantly would recommend this company and use them again
