I went to get contacts after I had Lasik surgery about 10 years ago. I felt rushed through my appt. and didn't feel like the Dr. was trying to help me. Office staff is very arrogant and rude if questioned on any office policies. The staff makes the visit extremely tense and not a enjoyable experience.
