This is an owners park. They write reviews to get renters to help pay the bills as the developer did not pay his bills. Foreclosure is a possibility here. All the management wants to do is rent sites to pay her way. The park if nicely landscaped. The road are very narrow. The management is the worse I have seen in RVing through 34 states! She allowed a situation to fester that eventually forced me to call the Sheriff's department. This is a very dangerous park as long as they have an incompetent manager! The owner then told me I brought in on and she wasn't going to get rid of a paying customer. Scary park. Park is 15 miles away from Walmart and 10 for any real stores. Park has no street lighting and cars come in day and night. Lock your things!
