It has been 3 weeks since I brought our rug shampooer to this place for repair. Still no rug shampooer. After two weeks I stopped by to see if it was finally ready (I'd been told that it would take about a week before the repaired unit would be ready). No, they'd call me. I finally did get a call... from Doug, to whom repairs are sent. He gave me an estimate of $110 and then said he had a refurbished, almost "like new" unit that I could have for $109. Needing a shampooer asap, I went for the refurb. He said he'd have it at S&R same day, Wednesday. Wednesday it was not there; Thursday it was not there; Friday it was not there and today, Saturday, going on 4 weeks, it is not there. In every instance, the employees said they would call me one way or the other. Never happened,
