I live in a condo association with an outdoor in ground heated pool. I also serve on the associations board of directors. For the past five plus years we have used accurate pool service and i can tell you first hand from the owner ( roger) to his service manager(marty) there is no pool issue these guys can't handle. When my pool flooded due to heavy rains, it couldn't have come at a worse time. We were having my mother in law's birthday party at our house, and expecting about 80 guests. When our pool turned brown a week before the party, we were in shock and desperation. Accurate Pool Service, Inc. came to the Rescue! They came out right away to check out the situation and promptly began the clean up. They were there regularly until the pool's beauty was restored and by party day, it looked terrific! I know this was right in the middle of their busy season; with pool openings scheduled and probably other customers with problems caused by the rain. But they never failed to come to our place; changing filters, adding chemicals and cleaning up debris until the job was done. Having used Accurate Pool Service, Inc. for seventeen years, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Accurate Pool has consistently been the most dependable and reliable, and has provided the highest quality of pool maintenance that I have experienced. Marty, the service manager, is highly qualified and knowledgeable, and always available to resolve and fix problems when then arise, quickly and properly, and even in the evening or over the week-end. Roger, the owner, is very hands-on, and takes his business very personally in terms of his involvement and willingness to pitch in to provide very responsive service. My pool is always blue and sparkling, and clean. The office personnel are friendly and helpful, and also very responsive. And, I have always found their charges to be reasonable.
