My wife and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary over the weekend and spent time in Hagerstown MD. Our plan was to have a nice dinner before seeing a movie that was playing that evening. We both decided to eat at Bob Evans. The food and service was great but we found that we both needed carry out plate for our half eaten meals. In the rush of going to the movies I simply got up and left our plates there. After the movie we were looking I forward to finishing our realized food. I then realized that I had left the plates. there on the table. We went back over and found that the plates had been dis guarded. The manager without a second thought asked us what we had to eat and had a new order cooked. I told him that he had obtained a customer for life. It was not his fault that I left the plates and he had no idea it was our anniversary and he still went out of the way to make us happy with out dinning experience. I can't say enough good things about the manager and staff at this location

We like to come to Bob Evans for a quick and simple meal. Service is great, food is good, and prices are wonderful. Kids love the variety of choices provided to them that other restaurants do not offer.
