Charged $199 to unclog a bathroom drain. Did not reseat the toilet properly. Now ceramic tiles are loose, caulk is loose and it appears there is a leak under the toilet. Very shoddy work.

Very quick response but failed to fix the backup and still charged $150 for it. Told us we needed to get a commercial plumber because his equipment could not reach the problem area.

We had a weekend emergency when our residential sewer line clogged and backed up all house drainage, overflowing from a lower level floor drain. Our plumber recommended Mr Ben, saying he had all the equipment and expertise needed for drain cleaning. When I called on Sunday morning, Mr Ben's answering service contacted him and we received a return call in about 10 minutes, setting up an appointment immediately after the job he was presently on. The job took a little longer and he called within the appointed time to let us know he was on his way. He was thorough, knowledgable, professional, and analysed and performed the work efficiently, cleaning up after completion of the work, which required removal of a toilet to access the main underground 4" sewer outflow line. His bill was less than expected for an overtime service call and he didn't charge extra for removal and reinstallation of the toilet, including a new seal. Mr Ben is recommended for prompt service on sewer backup.
