I have called orange cab many times, they are always fast and on time, I have she'd other cab co. In the past but I have always had problems with them, orange is the way to go. Thank you and keep up the great work.

You havent seen great service until you have riden with Orange Cab. They have friendly drivers and fast and reliable service.

I used a few cab-company to better and fairly judge them. Orange-cab stand out as the most reliable. Friendly drivers and on time everytime.

This is one of the best companies i have riden with! I have been using them for years now and never had a problem! I have riden with yellow cab and their unloyal drivers, north end and their nasty cabs, and i have to say orange cab has the best cabs in town! I do recomend this company to any one who needs a cab.

Did not come pick me up because I was not going a long distance. Then the girl on the phone told me that I should walk or get on the bus.

ill never use this sad excuse for a cab company again.next time you call a taxi,DO NOT CALL these people,and the cab i rode in i thought it was gonna crumble to the ground.its a shame they have so many taxis and cant get to you on time,and most ride like crap.

Having to ride in cabs frequently, both in Newport News and all over the country, I've had the opportunity to ride with all of the cab companies in the area and this is by far the best company in the Newport New area. They are mostly on time, so long as the traffic isn't crazy and I don't call at the last minute. They are always early for appointments when I make a reservation ahead of time. The majority of the drivers are professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They truly care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your transportation needs. I also recommend making a reservation ahead of time for peak periods.

I called the company around 2pm requesting a ride for 4pm, but realized after I called that it was 4pm that my shift started and not the usual 4:30pm. So I called back IMMEDIATELY requesting one come get me at that moment.



They took forever to come. I had to call back and the dispatcher said he should be 15mins away. My cab driver then called me (15mins later), not to say he was outside, but that he was 20-30mins away. I had to be at work in 20mins! They made me late even though I called ahead of time. Not to mention the driver got on his cell phone and started chatting to someone unrelated to the job. If you're going to do that, do it when you don't have a customer in the car.



I will NEVER call them back.

Horrible customer service. Was told I would wait for 15-20 min for my cab, but after waiting 40 min I called to see if it was still on the way and was told the driver had a flat tire. But, that was ok until the dispatcher first says, we have another cab on his way in another 15-20min, puts me on hold to double check, then comes back to say, sorry that cab had an emergency and they had no other cabs in my area. A better solution would have been for the dispatcher to call me and let me know the problem ahead of time so I could make a decision. I was on my way to an appt. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

call this company only to find out they are base out of newport news would not call again would take too long to get here.

I needed to be at Newport News airport very early for a business trip, I set my trip up in advance with Orange Cab and the driver arrived a few minutes early. The driver was very friendly and professional. I would recommend.
