Jay has been doing my windows and several of my friends for over 20 yrs. Yes, he is very busy ( No employees) and books appts. months in advance. I always get the dates I prefer and he's accommodating if I need to change. He's straightforward, honest ,highly entertaining and his work is second to none! He does do small jobs btw as my home only has 14 windows.

Jay has been doing my windows for years. Yes, he books months in advance; yes, he is rather blunt, but at least he's not a BS'er; does excellent work; is proud of his work and reputation; I would be hardpressed to replace his service with some other provider. He is, quite frankly, the best of the best.

He books 9 months in advance & does regular maintenance on windows, blunt, to the point and doesn't want little jobs.
