thank you for the help. I went through 3 CPUs that my friend said shou/d work, but they didn't. Allaince was able to get me what I needed and even gave me a discount. I am quite satisfied.

I was a little nervous going to this place, because of the all the bad reviews on other sites about it and reviewers bashing reviewers didn't help either. I went there to get some work done on my computer and was surprised on how friendly the staff were at the store. The work took longer than they had oringinally taken but they got it done and for a resonable price. The tech that called was very friendly telling me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I'm really happy that I chose to go here, because it was an overall good experince.

They helped me out with some good advice. Also, they fixed my iPod when nobody else would touch it. It's nice to be able to walk into a place and speak to real people.

These guys were fantastic! My son downloaded a virus from the Internet and my computer stopped working. MY wife and I were really worried about the pictures we had saved on here, so we weren't sure what to do. A friend of mine told me about this place, they were able to save all of my pictures and clean out the viruses, and they upgraded the RAM too. Then they brought the computer back to the house and hooked it back up for me. Now my computer runs better than ever!

Always had personable service here. Been dealing with them for several years and consider myself a loyal customer. Always pleasant and outgoing people working here. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.
