They're well worth it, I got my glasses in 4-5 days instead of the 2 wks they told me & 1 wk. after I needed a simple repair (slightly bent) & while 1 lady was helping me I had an Epileptic Seizure & they were "Great" helping me through the situation. I felt safer with them than the EMS. I'll always shop here. :)

Watch for hidden costs here! Bills are not itemized and the "discount" on products for joining their three year membership is not actually applied. Also had major issues with contacts. Ordered two different kinds of contact (one colored, one regular) and the doctor ordered them in different prescriptions for my left eye. The regular contacts were fine, but the colored ones were wrong. I had them shipped to me so I called to complain and was told "well, it is only a .25 difference, it should matter." Well, it gave me headaches, so it did matter. They said the could order me new contacts in the correct prescription, but I would have to pay for the new contacts as well, essentially paying for their error!! Ended up calling corporate, who had to call the store to get everything worked out. Corporate = good. Store = bad!!! Try a different branch, maybe they will have a more competent doctor and more helpful staff.

Not too impressed with the quality of the product. Their customer service is great, but I've had difficulty with getting glasses back for me and my children within the 7-10 day window they give all their customers. I've had two instances over the past year in which I had to get someone at their corporate office involved. I would suggest spending the extra money and going elsewhere for adult frames. Their kids club is great, once you actually get the glasses!
