Every instructor at this studio is amazing and wonderful. The owner is dedicated! No other studio in the area can compare.

Best training in the area! Professional staff, exceptional training and amazing opportunities to dance beyond the once a year dance show (which is awesome too!) Be your own judge, go to the web site or come to the dance show. The level of dance training is obvious. If I'm going to spend my money on dance tuition, I want my child learning proper technique. Its true - its no joke there, but it is FUN. Because of Company Dance my girls have confidence, poise, dedication, determination, focus and a nurturing environment training them to be their personal best!

If you want your child to eat, sleep, dream and do nothing other than dance, than this is the place for you! The owner is very very unprofessional and has poor communication skills with parents and children. Everything has an astronomical price and there is no flexibility whatsoever. No doubt you won't please everyone, but customer service should always be number one.....it doesn't even make the top 10 here.

I am a parent of a 5 year old who takes tap, jazz, modern, ballet and hip hop at the same school as this very upset parent. I can tell you nothing but amazing things about the instructors and the school. Sounds like someone didn't like to hear that her daughter had to come down a level. Advice to this mom...she is 4 years old, why are you making it so INTENSE. Sounds like the teachers were just trying to make sure your daughter was placed in the right class. Its a shame, this school IS the best in the area and can prove it with its very talented alumni being placed in professional dance jobs everyday. My 5 year old daughter loves it and doesn't think the training is intense. She's been taking for two years. Sounds like you turned something positive into something negative. You should of listened to the instructor. Now you are stuck with sending your child to another school and if you did your research the schools around this area are a waste of money. I want to start off by stating that Company Dance is by far the best Dance Studio in the Harrisburg/Hershey area. My daughter joined the Company Dance Family because of her love of Hip Hop. She had previously tried other dance studios, but none of them compared to Company Dance. The owner convinced my daughter to expand beyond just Hip Hop and take all forms of dance. I am proud to say I have watched my daughter blossom over the last 7 years into a beautiful, graceful dancer. Company Dance has a wonderful staff. Everyone of the teachers are dedicated to the students. I can honestly say, my daughter loves everyone of them. She has made countless friends at Company Dance. They are her second Family. This is my daughter's senior year and I am sad to say it will be her last Company Dance Recital. TCP 2013!!!

Best training in Central Pa! Staff is QUALIFIED, positive and passionate. I've done my research and gone to other studios shows and visited other classes. Nobody compares to the training at Company Dance. The proof is in the classroom. Do your RESEARCH...See for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

I think this person who wrote the May 31st review is off their rocker. Company Dance is the best studio around with professional and caring staff. It is the most well organized studio that I have been with and have looked into. I am very pleased, as others, with this studio and commend them on a job well done. You learn alot and you learn it the right way. Best studio and show around. See for yourself! Whoever you are who wrote the two reviews (and it is the same person) GET A LIFE!

Saw their show on May 13th and 14th as I did years before. This was undoubtedly one of their best shows as the audience seemed to agree yelling " this is the best show ever". Company Dance has never produced a bad show and their dancers are incredible. It is definitely the most professional and talented school around as I know seeing many other studio shows. I have to say "extremely well done" to the owner and dancers, teachers at this studio. BRAVO!

The tap at this studio is very good! On the other hand, the ballet is not good at all. The technique of the dancers is less than average. I have heard rumors that there is no ballet teacher at the studio anymore, so we will attribute the bad technique with this circumstance.The choreography is very nice as well, entertaining to watch. I've been going to the shows since the studio opened, but this show was not as pleasing as years before.

I was unaware that Company Dance produced such great dancers! I was always under the impression that Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet was the strongest studio in the area. I am new to the Hershey area and this is great news! Are most students dancing professionally post high school? If so, where?

Overpriced...Not at all. You pay for what you get. This school turns out the best dancers in the area, providing a well rounded program for each of its students. The staff is very professional and Ms. sour grapes is feeding you with the wrong information. The teachers are all in there mid 20's and early 30's. Fresh out of the industry. They are the heart of the studio and care about each student. If you want the best training, this is the place for you. But don't take it from me, come see the show May 13th and 14th at the Hershey Theatre. Let the dancing speak for itself!

Perhaps some people would prefer classes taught by a "Stage Mom" with no real experience who fancies herself a dancer and just wants to work a few hours a week somewhere where she won't need a babysitter. If that is the case, then no, Company Dance may not be right for you.

Great Studio! Prices are comparable to any other in the area. Call me crazy, but I don't think costumes, and shoes are considered "useless extras". It's called live theatre. Show me a dance studio where you don't need to buy dance shoes or costumes. Also, the fundraising teaches the girls responsibility. The owner is not only a good role model, but cares about her dancers as if they were her own. Apparently, someone is feeling slighted by their ex-BFF. This school is not where you want your child to learn dance. The environment is unhappy and unhealthy. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and not a good role model to young kids with her actions and habits. The teachers are mostly teenagers or those that attended the school in the past. This school is very overpriced too, not only in tuition, but in a lot of useless extras...fundraising, costumes, shoes. I would venture to guess that positive reviews you read are written by the owner or those she is close to. This business does need even deserve 1 star.

If you are looking for technically correct dance instruction, this is the school for you. The owner has high expectations of her students (no slacking), but that's what makes the shows at the Hershey Theatre spectacular. If looking to continue your education in dance (post high school), dancing here will put you ahead of the rest. Worthwhile investment in my opinion.

Best training in the area. The staff is very professional and cares about the student. Your not just a number. Class sizes are much smaller then other studios giving students more one on one attention. Its a few dollars more a month than other studios but you pay for what you get. And I AM getting my monies worth.

Very professional! My daughter has danced for 10 years at another dance studio and has made the choice to switch to Company Dance this year. She has learned more this year at Company Dance then she has in 10 years at her old studio. I'm very impressed!
