      I used Intrepid a few times in the past for TVs and once for a laptop repair. They are very reasonably priced and reliable. They know what they are doing and they answer the phone.

      Do Not Use. Overpriced. I am picking up my unrepaired computer that they have had for over 6 weeks and being charged $250. Horrible. I approved work and would call back and they would say and we were waiting for you to authorize. I am tired of it. I am picking up and taking to Qualitech. Do not use. See Google reviews for others comments. Not the first to be ripped off or need to use another repair shop after dealing with Intrepid.

Please call our office to determine if your set qualifies for in-home service. If possible, please be in front of the set when calling. We look forward to serving you. Please note, TVs with a cracked or damaged screen cannot be repaired. Since we only provide in home service, we do not repair TVs smaller than 50 inch."
