The salon is immaculate and Brian is very personable.The pedicure is beyond compare. he is very thorough and provided a very relaxing experience.His attention to detail was unlike anywhere else I've ever gone.
The gel manicure was just as exceptional. Actually gave me a manicure first before the polish. Paid so much attention to detail. For a 1st rate experience give OPI NAils a try.

I have always left satisfied with my nails! And I know if they made a mistake they were willing to fix it with no charge and no hassel!!Please get your nails done here! This Nail Salon when it first open was great, but as new people were placed in this business, customer service went down the tubes. Do not waste your money there! They are only concerned with getting your money than providing excellent service. I had such an awful experience and I tried to explain my dissatisfaction and the one woman yelled and told me that if I was unhappy there was nothing she could do about it and charged me anyways. I left there with undone nails and dissatisfied and will NEVER GO THERE, EVER AGAIN! There are so many other better nail salons. I am upset that I tried to go to a new nail salon for a change, but realized that I will stay with my same nail salon that have been excellent in customer service, excellent in caring for my needs, excellent in wanting to make me feel relaxed and valuable. This place only cares about money and will smile in your face!
