The actual moving guys that came to my home were friendly, hardworking and quick. The moving company though, very deceiving. When they came to do a move estimate I was told the man hours and the "travel charge" (5hrs labor and 1 hour travel) Well the actual labor was 4hrs and 25 minutes travel. They charged my credit card the original estimate and was told I had to pay a 1hr flat "travel charge" and a fuel service charge but that the travel time was also included in my "labor hours" so I was basically double charged. It is OBSURED!!! Wehen I asked for a refund of the extra time I was told, "No" and then said that they are entitled to the entire time. BEWARE before you book that you get everything spelled out. Also, I would advise you to follow your trucks since you are paying by the hour on a local move and who knows if they stop for lunch, cigarette breaks etc...

Amazing company. I was very pleased with their professional attitude from the moment I called to the moment the last piece was removed from the truck.
