I spoke to Susan Kaufman of Kaufman Court Reporting as I needed to schedule a deposition. Susan was very polite and had no problem with the dates I gave her. The day of the deposition she was very early and was set up long before the other Attorney's were present. She offered me regular copy or condensed transcripts for the same price and her delivery was within two weeks of her taking it. The transcript itself was bound and very easy to read and carry.
