I am new to Heath. I have tried all the chinese restaurants in Heath and Newark. I am hooked on Billy Lee's. Great prices, fast service and excellent cuisine.

Service is good at the restaurant but the best part is they deliver! The food is good but not the best in town but I continue to eat from there because they deliver as I said before and the portion size is awesome! I have had a bunch worse.

I was there with my wife and kids. We love the food. The restaurant is clean and food is tasty. Environment is excellent as well.
