For over a decade, I have witnessed the high integrity and caring my fellow employees demonstrate each time they work to accurately enroll a customer, process a customer's claim or resolve an issue for a caller.       For nearly 65 years, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana has been protecting Montanans from catastrophic and unexpected medical expenses, and for the past 15 years has been engaged in managed care plans with the Montana medical community. The company is a Montana business, licensed and regulated as a nonprofit health services corporation by the Montana Insurance Department. BCBSMT employs more than 750 Montanans in Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula with an annual payroll of approximately $30 million. BCBSMT offers a range of quality health care coverage that includes traditional indemnity insurance; point-of-service and managed care benefit plans; supplemental benefits for Medicare beneficiaries; coverage for federal employees, retirees and dependents through the Federal Employee Program; coverage for uninsured children through the Children s Health Insurance Program; and arrangements for active duty military, military dependents and retirees through CHAMPUS/TriWest.
