HORABLE SERVICE AND TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF. i will never go there again they have you fill out paper work and than just run whatever you are shipping to the post office and make money off you. I also was sent a letter 3 days after my package was supost to arive to its desisionation saying that it was still in helena. Incompeitent and i will never refer a friend or family, not even my worst eneny

I'm not sure what "Hellie" was referring to in the previous review of PostNet. I moved to Helena in March. I never met the previous owners. The kind, personable, and genuinely friendly people that I know to be the owners, Bob and Sue, are aces with me. What I can say of PostNet, is that they are efficient, their customer service is impeccable, and their prices are more than fair. Bob goes out of his way to help me carry mail, and packages out to the car. He and Sue open the doors a little early if they see me sitting outside waiting. Furthermore, the last parcel/shipping company I had, I certainly was not on a first name basis with! ...and, guess what else? The last company didn't care about how my family was doing...they never asked. Don't take my word for it... Don't take "Hellie's" word for it... I encourage you to go to PostNet yourself. Say "hello", and tell them Maria sent you.

I have been taking packages to Post Net for years but this Christmas they are under new ownership and it shows. The only positive thing I can say is that I didn't have to wait in a long line. I understand they have a markup to make a profit but what they charged was over the top. It was anywhere from 33% to 50% and in one case it was 100%. I was told that parcel post was more expensive than priorty mail and the attitude was take it or leave it. I will not be doing any further business with this place and I would recommend to others that they save their money and go else where.
