This is the absolute worst facility. Waiting two hours to be seen while people bring in food and all the staffbis running around carrying on an ignoring patients. I am appauled by the treatmet the staff gives the elderly. and waiting another 45 minutes in the room. This is awful

Helena Urgent Care is now a new company since I was there and they are in a new location. They say they are a new company even though they have the same name they did and it appears the same doctors work there. New location, new company, and no old medical records. Which I could understand. But if it is truly a new company that is not responsible for my old medical how can this new company turn me over to a collection agency for a small bill I owed the old company. New company or not their shadyness hasn't changed. I also don't like my medical records being given over to a third party with out my permission.

The doctors are great but when you wait 2 hours for them to even come in your room is ridiculous, we should have just gone to the ER where it takes just as long, so much for URGENT CARE.

The doctors are great. Calling them is bad because they put you on hold forever and it's costing me each minute because I have a cell phone and no free minutes left . They need another person helping answer the phone. But, they are better about calling you back than most clinics and even call to check on you sometimes just to see how it's going. A rare service anymore.

Their services are typically good but their billing of insurance is repeatedly a mess and good luck getting reimbursement of your claims if your insurance pays them directly!!!
