The most honest pest inpector I have ever met. As a real estate broker, I have a lot at stake when I reccomend any services to my clients. Darren King and his crew have exceeded all expectations. For example: He once did an inspection on a home on Sweetspice Street, Moreno Valley. He found quite a few termites in the walls, but felt they could be eradicated with a local treatment instead of tenting the whole house. He did the work and gave the certification of clearance. Several months later, termites showed up again. With zero hesitation, A Cut Above paid for the house to be tented, (no cost to my client, or the new buyer.) I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed. When my mom had termites in her home, A Cut Above was the only company I would trust.
