I just want to say what a wonderful company to work with. My purchase went with ez, delivery was quick, unfortunately I had a problem during a storm recently I sent picture of what had happened and they stood by their warranty. I just received a UPS confirmation that our new one is on its way in less than 24 hours. I am so thankful that I choose Easy Dome for my cover. Jack and his company have integrity that you don't see very often anymore. Thank You Again!

i have used this product and love it. It has made opening the pool very easy in the spring. I would highly recommend this cover with their basic drain kit.

I purchased the 30' cover and it came with a 22 foot internal balloon. I had major problems with the cover collecting water all winter long. This cover required more attention than a standard cover with a truck inner tube in the middle. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have contacted EASY DOME POOL COVER for a full refund. They want to give me 3 - 17' balloons to fill my 30' void under the cover. They realize that there is a problem with the cover and are trying to piece mill the product to make it work. I also had to purchase screws and fender washers and secure the cover to the deck, which they recommend and still had major problems. The product is a good concept, but was poorly introduced without proper product testing. The straps on the cover have torn off due to the weight of the water on the cover. EASY DOME POOL COVER has not returned any of my emails about me returning the product for a full refund. Nor have I received the "piece mill" 3-17' balloons which I do not want. If you decide to go with this product, be prepared to spend cold, wet, bitter time with your pool in the winter.
