Worst experience ever. Will never use Larry's Service Company again. Very nasty attitudes and over charging being done. You might want to call someone else.

I called this morning because for two months my ac was registering 80 degrees in the house, even though I had the thermostat at 72. Lee from larrys service showed up, as always he was professional, did not try to talk me into a new system, as other have done. Others have sold me a contract, talked about how bad my stem was, etc. Being here for eight years, I know that it is low on Freon, no, I do not need a diagnostic, been there done that. I am pleased, and always have been pleased with their service, and response time. I recommend them to anyone who is having a problem with a/c right now. I have copd, and cannot wait long periods of time for other hvac services. I give thanks, that I called. Lee is polite, professional, Larrys heating is great. I am cool, and everything is chilly as it should be.

I questioned the use of a new refrigerant in my old system, mine's made for R-22 and they wanted to use M099 on top of the R-22 already in the system. I was just looking for clarification and making sure they would use it in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and the guy told me to hire someone else and hung up.

I must have called every A/C company in Henderson the other morning to urgently get a technician out to our Kerr Lake home because the A/C went out on our renters the night before, and this company was the only one who would send someone. I know it is the middle of summer and these companies are busy, but most of them didn't even get back to me, and others just didn't have the capability to send someone. But I talked to Larry and he acted like it was absolutely no problem to make it happen for us. So not only did he say he could someone around lunchtime, but I actually got a call from my renters at 10am that they had already been by and fixed it! I'm really happy and our renters are happy, so I'll definitely call them again next time!

I have used this company for the past 3 years to service our vacation place and have always had a very good service, timely delivery and they did good work. They are flexible and come as soon as possible instead of expecting me to work my schedule around them they try to work around mine. They have provided us with good customer service and I would recommend them to anyone in our area of Kerr Lake.

if youd rather have a guy hire a prostitute than fix your unit this is the company for you. One tech is so bad theyll have to come out and redo the work
