      I ordered a pair of glasses from these folks 3 weeks ago... Call today to see what the deal is, only to be told that it would be at least another 10 days before I will receive my glasses as they had a problem making them. It would have been nothing short of a courtesy to call me and tell me this information not waiting 3 weeks until I call to let me know.
