Dear Richmond, I wish I could give a zero rating!The Teppenyaki Grill swindled me out of $25 tonight. My boyfriend and I have waited all week to go on a date before observing the meteor shower tonight. We wanted crab legs, and we WOULD to to a real seafood place to get all-you-can-eat crab legs, but unlike Norfolk and VA Beach, there is literally no place in Richmond serving that on a Monday night. So We went to Teppenyaki. To say the least, the crab legs were awful, and we only cracked open a few before loosing our appetites. My boyfriend actually got one that was rotten. So we decided to ask for our money back and go elsewhere. They barely spoke English and were rudely like, "NO REFUND!" I tried to explain my dissatisfaction further and they told us to get out -- I was polite and only had been "arguing" them for a minute. I told them if I couldn't have my money back, I certainly didn't want to just leave without eating anything -- I wanted to feel like I got SOMETHING for my money.

The food is geat. The fried fish that are not greasy and the prime rib are two of my favorites along with the cute wait staff. I have been to both locations and have found that the wait staff is a lot hotter at the Broad St location.

This restaurant is nothing to rave about. It is jest another huge chinese buffet with a large selection of dried out, luke warm food. You know they say that you can jude a restaurant by the restroom, and in this case I find it to be true...just okay. The server staff was not on their game on the day of my visit and the management was rude. The price, well you get what you pay for; maybe the other location will be better.

Great Chinese Buffet. Their food is delicious, fresh and hot. 100's of items to choose from American to Chinese to Japanese. I have been to alot of buffets and this is my favorite. Very nicely decorated and clean. Prices can not be beat. All you can eat for Just $6.59 for lunch & $9.39 for Dinner, Mon - Sat. Sunday is $9.39 All day.
