Wow! I was told by an employee "Randy" that he did not have time to call me back about my bike. I just spent over 500$ in repairs for my Silverwing's 24000 mile check up. I asked him do you guys not need customers because you are that busy and he said YES so clearly I don't know why I should ever return to this facility, because clearly my business is not respected!

They absolutely ripped me off. I paid way too much in parts and the service was even worse. All they did was lie about everything.
