Mid Island Animal Hospital in Hicksville, NY is a modern, full service companion animal hospital. The hospital has been providing medical and surgical care in Nassau County since 1961. Mid Island Animal Hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Hospitals that are AAHA certified have met the highest standards of veterinary medicine. Fewer than 14% of the hospitals in the United States receive accreditation. We are proud to be one of a select number of animal hospitals which has met and exceeded the AAHA requirements.
