The Dance Place is very accommodating and understands that people have busy lives! The staff is great! The studio is equipped with state of the art "floating" dance floors to prevent injury to the dancer. For small classes, and a BIG education in dance with a personal experience this is the place to dance!‎

The only studio in the area that would except my 2 year old daughter for beginner ballet instruction. You would think that they couldn't actually learn much at that age but I was surprised to hear her using proper ballet terms and practicing her positions at home. If you are are looking for a friendly, professional atmosphere, this is the place.

The Dance Place is a wonderful place to dance. My three children go to dance classes here. It is located between Old Country Road and Newbridge Road on Levittown Parkway in Hicksville, NY. My daughter learned more in one hour here than she did in a whole year at her previous dance studio. They have so much fun dancing here! The instructors are wonderful and the dance school is so accommodating. The director has young children and really understands the shuffling of schedules and relating to children. It is a family oriented studio with activities planned above and beyond all year through. They hire top of the line professional instructors and even bring in guest instructors throughout the yaer to teach master classes. My children are very happy here, I highly recommend The Dance Place to anyone of any age!
