What is said about this post office is true. This year alone, I did not receive 3 medical bills until I got collection letters. I suspect they deliver the bills to another address without looking carefully on the envelopes. I say this because I received a bill with the same number as my house but with a different street name. I will try calling them about this and I know will be on hold for a very long time, and then somebody will just hang up the phone without checking to see if somebody is waiting on the other line. We just seem to be at their mercy all the time. One time, during a food campaign of the USPS, I left the bag hanging beside the mail box. The mail came, but the can goods were still there.

The service at this post office is terrible! I have tried for almost 2 weeks to get a key made for a home I purchased. I called and the CSR acted like I was getting on her nerves in fact she left me on hold and never came back to the phone.

usps is the worst to deal with ,i hate having to call to get any thing done.You never get any one that is alive and then if you do your on hold for 20 to 30 mins.This is why most folks in the US hate people that are Union workers.They dont care about no body but what time they get off.
