Annie's is a terrible place to take your pet. They are rude and impolite. Their vet techs can't seem to get anything right. We had our dog's teeth cleaned and the vet performed a gum graft. This was painful to the dog, but when I was asked to bring the dog back for a checkup after surgery, the vet couldn't be bothered to see the dog, and I was only allowed to see the vet tech in the waiting area, then they wanted to charge me. There is always constant confusion when checking out from the vet tech's. There are way better places to go that don't overcharge and under deliver and are NOT rude and discourteous.

Our cat, Diana, a 14 year old korat stopped eating in May of this year.(2009) At an emergency vet she was diagnosed with feline CRF. Based on a referral from a good friend, we took her to Annies, as we really wanted a regular vet. Dr. Chris, as we all fondly call her, found a secondary thyroid issue. To make a long story short, we had to put Diana down today as her CRF and thyroid issues were just not getting any better. With all that said, my wife and I could not be happier with the way Diana was treated, loved, and taken care of by Annies. They were also so excellent with helping us with the very difficult decision we had to make today. I just cannot say enough great things about Annies. I am a real customer and have no financial interest in this company.
