Great service, very professional, very friendly, very courteous.I went in for a free air check, and one of the guys in the back room noticed that I had a nail in my tire. He asked me if I had 15 minutes to spare, told me that they did free flat repairs no matter where you bought your tires!!!! I said yes, and next thing I knew he was driving my car into one of the work bays and was working on my car. He had it fixed in 15 minutes max, rebalanced, everything and drove the car out and handed me my keys and a reciept for the work. I couldn't believe it, very friendly, very knowledgable, and very fast. I knew I was getting close on the life of my tires, and instead of pressuring me to buy new tires right then right now, he measured my tread, and just told me that it is "getting about time" to replace my tires. The tires that were on my car weren't from Discount tire, but after my experience at this store, the next set most certainly will be.... Kudos guys at wildcat reserve Discount!!!
