      Don't buy kits here ! We had two bad experiences making kit purchases at this store. Both times our son had saved birthday money and spent more than two hundred dollars, first on a plane and then on a helicopter a year later. Both items broke almost immediately after very light use. Both times store store employees were rude and refused to offer any sort of help, leaving a very disappointed kid with an expensive, broken toy. We gave them two chances and hope that other families can avoid this.

      Good local source for last minute items but beware of weak product support

      If you need a prop, a glow plug, or a battery, this store will have what you need most of the time. If you want to buy an entire kit or higher priced items, be aware that the owner and his employees are only interested in selling the merchandise and will usually refer you to the manufacturer for product support instead of helping you directly. Paying the full retail price for this kind of product usually means you are paying for local support but in this case you may as well just mail order it and save a few $$ instead.
