I went to this tax prep service to try someone new. I should've known better then to use them due to their lack of business to begin with. However my sister had tried them and asked me to try them as well. It was a big mistake. The lady was not as knowledgeable as she portrayed herself to be. She was inconsistent with pricing, charging me one price only to find that my sister's quote was signifa lower. Amongst other things this was overall my worst experience in dealing with a tax preparation service. I will NEVER go back, and if you care to have your taxes done right and to be dealt with fairly, you should skip this place.
