I called this company do to a very small job, replace the exhaust fan in my master bathroom and they were very gracious from the moment I called. They took the time to explain to me how they work and answered any questions I had regarding the work, payment and how to get a hold of them in the future should problems arise. The price wasn't the cheapest but it was worth every penny. I'll be calling them back whenever I need more work done!!!

They agreed to: install hardwood floors, install ceramic tiles ,install showers, tubs, toilet, vanities, Paint walls,etc. Affordable Handyman started work early July and was suppose to complete the work in 5-7 weeks. Now 19 weeks later, they?ve only completed around 50%, but have received 99% of their fees from my wife and I. They have admitted they can not finish the rest of the work in a timely manner and recommend us to find someone who can. They refuse to refund us for the remaining 50% of the work not complete. Affordable Handyman refused to even give us an approximate amount they are willing to refund. They are not operating fairly, persistently delayed work and not provide adequate staffing to ensure a timely completion of the work agreed to. They are not very apologetic, but combative in their response to our complaint. They just provide excuses and not willing to take action to satisfy their customers.
