My experience with everdry was good. The workers did there job and a great one at that. My crawlspace is dry but when the salesmen talked to us they told us we were getting one thing and got another. We thought we were going to end up with a lot more than what we got. In the end, it is dry and I am happy.

Overall our experience was pretty good. The crew was in and out in less than 2 days. Professional and clean. They didn't leave a mess, they put down paper walking paths into the house so any dirt or debris didn't get all over our floors. We did a couple complaints, first when they poured the new concrete around the inside basement perimeter, the surface finish was really wavy/bumpy and was high in two corners. We were going to have carpet installed, and the installer could not glue down the tack strip in a some spots because the concrete was so rough and high. We called Everydry, and they were able to come back out and replace the concrete in these areas. Second, we had a corner of the basement still showing moisture on the surface about 2 months after they installed the system. Again, we called them and a crew came back out and had to dig deeper around the outside foundation and seal the wall better. Other than that, everything is still working well, and no more water!!!

We've been an Everdry customer for over 20 years. They're service people are very professional. They stand by their warrantee far better than I would have expected. When it was found that our patio was causing damage to the foundation, they came out and took care of that. When we started getting water in again through a crack in the corner of the basement, they took care of that. When the sump pump sounds different, they'll change out the pumps as well. A wonderful company to work with!

Our house was over 80 years old when we had our basement waterproofed. The team that came out and worked on the house was very polite and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner. Any time I have called Everdry with a question they responded quickly. We were very pleased to have our basement waterproofed by Everdry. It has been over 10 years and we have not had any problems.

Our house was built in 1968 and had a finished drywall basement when we bought it in 1998 so we could not see the condition of the foundation. We had minor water issues for about 10 years and then the floodgates opened. We tried the recommended initial "solutions" suggested by several home improvement specialists (sloped soil around the foundation, replaced window wells and added new gravel) but the water kept coming in. Everdry said it had to be a foundation issue and discovered we had two large cracks in our foundation. They excavated around the foundation, repaired the cracks, and installed drainage around the perimeter of the basement to a newly constructed sump pump. We have had a ton of rain since Everdry installed their system 5 years ago and we have not had any water problems. We have not had to use their transferable warranty but we will use it as a plus when we decide to sell our house.

We've been dry since we had Everdry installed about 7 years ago. Now we don't worry about going into the basement and finding water. We had a good experience with the workers for the most part. They did try to talk us into a lot of extra work. Some we had done and some not. We did monitor and stay during all the work and caught some errors. Everdry Columbus does an outstanding job. I purchased my home over 20 years ago and the basement had already been completed by Everdry. The warranty transfer was easy. Each year I get a reminder to pay the very small annual renewal and I know that I am covered for another year. I have only had one small problem with water in my basement. Everdry came right out and remedied the problem. I have not had any other instances of water in my basement. Having a dry basement provides additional living space as well as value to my home. I highly recommend Everdry Columbus!

When we bought our house, the previous owners had Everdry waterproof the basement. We live in an area where flooded basements are common. In 13 years we have been perfectly dry. It has been nearly 15 years since our basement was constantly wet and actually had large pools of water on the floor. Having the EverDry system installed has kept our basement dry in even the wettest season. We continue to keep up the $25 annual service agreement, and they have replaced sump pumps on at least 3 occasions since then at no charge.
