The guy Paul was at the door and he came out to ask me if I needed any help. I told him I parked my junk car a block away because I couldn't find the place (it's pretty small). He walked to my car with me and did a quick test about the condition to see what the problem is. It turned out a result that I need to replace the total car. They took it in and 45 minutes later it was ready to give me cash back. It was good including labor cost.
