I agree with the others. This Gym has a Management problem. I must have told the manger at least 8 times to lower the volume of the music they play over the intercom . I ware earbuds but was un able to hear my music as the noise coming out of their $2 speakers at a very, very load. Manger was completely un- concerned about my request.

The sales force a bit unethical. While signs outside of the bulding state 0$ registration fee the sales team continues to push and put the $150 registration fee in the initial registration process. Upon mentioning the sign they said it was left over from the weekend prior. The signs were never taken down weeks later. Upon mentioning my financial situation they removed the registration fee. When joining the gym I asked the sales person about personal trainers. He said they come with the membership. They do not, Only consisting of a small 15-20 minute assessment followed by a 30 minute season with a sales person in a very high pressure environment. Very uncomfortable. This gym is very expensive and simply not worth it. Customer support is ridiculous.

Not well maintained at all. People leave their dumbbells all around... Or they take them by the machines and never return them... Weights are never put back after used... And the staff doesn't come to put back the weights either. It's a very nice looking clean gym but it's frustrating to workout at if you use free weights.

Very disappointed in this club. Cancelled membership because many of the classes are terrible - the good teachers either quit or are fired. Teachers are always coming and going. Many members submitted complaints regarding the classes, but they were not addressed by the manager of the classes.

Great place to get a full body workout and also very clean and well mainatained...but too busy (packed) after 5 PM on week days.
