Wasted my time flying to Oahu from Maui just for the day to get a stroller from Baby Emporium because I had a coupon for 20% off ANY ONE ITEM from them but when I went there they said I can't use it for "high end strollers." Not only did the coupon NOT exclude this item, it PICTURED the stroller on the coupon! DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING. I sent an email to the owner with no reply, waited a week and resent it. Still no reply Poor business practice. Don't shop at Baby Emporium. Bad customer service too. They seemed to begrudgingly help me with my questions and selection even knowing I came to buy a stroller, not just browse. I'd give it zero stars if I could!

This store is not cheap! The cribs and dressers are expensive, not many options, and the owner is shady.

Best service. They do their best to help everyone at the same time. The owner is always there to answer any questions about baby stuff. And they keep their items stocked as much as possible.

Tom, the owner, has personally helped us twice with our purchases. The have a lot of high-quality baby stuff and their prices are actually lower than Baby USA. We have purchased a Britax Marathon seat, a toddler bed, a double running stroller, a pump, a many other smaller items there and have always been very happy with them.
