      Best workout I've ever had! Eric is personable, knowledgable, energetic and works you hard! Searched for a while and tried lotsa other "trainers', but nothing "clicked".I was very happy w/ the FREE initial assesment workout. It gave me a good idea of what i was getting into. Very satisfied w/ the workouts and my progress. Give him a call. You'll be glad you did and your body will too!
