When the girls went up on stage at the luau, I sent my 16 year old daughter because I thought she would enjoy the hula. I didn't know that they were going to ask the girls to kiss the men. When it came time to do this, they separated the children from the ladies, but my daughter looks older than her age, and I was wishing that they had handled that differently. Perhaps they could announce that girls younger than 18 should leave the stage before the kissing begins. Thanks

Our only comment is that the guide called out, Jesus several times. We are Christians and would like him to know that Jesus heard him and Jesus loves him. They need to be a bit careful of their language. Others could have been terribly offended. We just know he needs Jesus and will pray for him in that regard.

It was amazing and magical! We loved it! The pick up from the hotel was 40 minutes late, thus the time at Paradise Cove was reduced. I know this because this is the 3rd time visiting. Our friends found it all a bit of a rush. But no means are we complaining a fantastic night.

When we got to the Polynesian Cultural Center we where not able to do all the thing it said we where going to get to do. But what we did do the Luau & Twilight Polynesian show was great...

Japanese speaking tourists should be placed on a Japanese speakers bus. A little old lady from Japan was not back on our bus at the end of the evening, and we left without her after park security could not find her anywhere. She apparently did not understand that she had to get on the same bus she rode out there on.

This was truly more than we could have expected! The transportation was on time and the driver made the ride very informative. We really enjoyed the villages, we've learned so much about the Polynesian cultures, delighted in the dinner, and were simply left breathless by the Horizons... show!

The tour guy Kinney on the bus was great and gave a lot of information. The tour guide at the center Leon was also great and keep us entertained. Great job.
Our guide was Mike Fujita and he was absolutely incredible. His knowledge of Hawaii's cultural and geographical history made the activity so much more meaningful. We are very grateful to him for a great tour. You have a real gem with him on your staff!

We really enjoyed the hike - I am glad we took the tour rather than doing it on our own, we would have missed some of the stuff that the tour guide took time to point out to us.

The best thing about the tour was that our guide Jeff was happy to spend time on the items that really interested us and less on the things that didn't, rather than sticking rigidly to a prepared tour plan.

This was one of the most memorable days we have ever had. This package is fantastic and great value. Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience all these wonderful things that we got to do with this package.
We had a great time. The dolphin was older and almost blind. She seemed gentle and just right for our group since we had some younger people. We suggest fewer people in the group. It took quite a while to take the pictures. We enjoyed the rest of the park as well. The turtle feeding and show were fun. Allowing people to bring in their own underwater cameras would be nice...

Allow more time to spend with the dolphins! For those who love the animals, a little over an hour is just not enough time! I would also suggest smaller groups - we had about 13 people in our group - it would have been more enjoyable if you had the ability to spend time with just your significant other and the animals as opposed to a large group of people you don't know.
