Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL) is an independent, nonprofit corporation that serves the educational community in United States-affiliated Pacific islands, the continental United States and countries throughout the world. PREL works collaboratively with schools and school systems to provide services that range from curriculum development to assessment and evaluation. PREL s internal structure is organized into three centers the Center for Learning and Teaching; the Center for Information, Communications and Technology; and the Center for Accountability, Research and Evaluation each of which is dedicated to providing school improvement, professional development, assessment, and research and evaluation services. PREL's main office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, with additional Service Centers in American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Republic of Palau and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
