      Best School in Alabama!

      Green Valley is clearly the best elementary school in the Hoover School System, the best system in the state of Alabama. The teachers are all very caring and so is the principal. I am so glad that my kids attend GVES.

      Green Valley Elementary School, located in Hoover, Ala., is a public school that is a part of Hoover City Schools. It offers classes from kindergarten to grade five. It prepares students through a flexible education system, and keeps abreast of new technology and the expanding knowledge base. It enables students to work cooperatively in a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment. The subjects cover core curricular areas, including English, mathematics, science, health and physical education and art. Green Valley Elementary School encourages all students to participate in extracurricular activities, such as its yearbook and band, and sports, such as basketball, volleyball and softball.
