I purchased a Groupon to have full foils, haircut and style. The color turned out good and I told the beautician (Farrah) to just trim my ends. I was very specific about that too. When she was finished, my hair was at least two inches shorter. I was very upset. Needless to say, I will never go back to thus salon. When you tell someone just the tips, you should just trim just the tips. It took me a long time to grow my hair to my shoulders and she did not listen. Also, the style looked nothing like the picture I showed her from a magazine.
