Clean garments and are ready when they say they'll be done. They even e-mail you when cleaning is done. BUT be careful to count ALL your cleaning before dropping off. They will short you on what you leave. E.g. I left 9 shirts and received 6. When I picked them up and told them, I was told to check my closet. Make sure you get the number of items in writing.
